Updates Coming to Aplos NCA in March: Building a Faster, More Connected PK Workflow

Written by Aplos Analytics | Mar 22, 2026 7:12:21 PM

At Aplos Analytics, we believe PK analysis should be faster, smarter, and more intuitive, and that modern tools should help scientists spend less time on manual formatting, repetitive steps, and file handling, and more time on the science itself.

That philosophy is embedded in Aplos NCA: an experience designed to be intuitive, usable without coding or scripting, and built to reduce friction in the workflow.

And it’s why we keep improving the platform, so teams can work with more consistency, confidence, and efficiency.

In March, we’re rolling out a set of meaningful updates to Aplos NCA that move that mission forward.

1) An all-new dashboard

Aplos NCA will launch an all-new dashboard, a refreshed experience designed to support how teams work and navigate analyses in the platform.

2) No analysis limits

We’re also introducing no analysis limits, giving you the freedom to run what you need—without artificial constraints.

3) A stepwise interface for all your PK analysis needs

The new interface supports a stepwise PK workflow in one place, including:

  • Data processing
  • PK parameter calculation
  • Post-NCA calculations (e.g., relative exposure)
  • Post-processing for tables and plots
  • Reporting

This reflects what we’ve consistently emphasized at Aplos: remove the busywork and streamline the repeatable parts of PK analysis—without losing scientific rigor.

4) Clearer relationships across datasets and downstream steps

The March updates also strengthen how key elements connect across the workflow, including:

  • Relationships between parent datasets and cleaned datasets
  • Relationships between PK parameter calculations and post-processing activities

For teams, this kind of structure supports clearer handoffs, smoother iteration, and more transparent analysis organization.

5) Configure tables and plots

You’ll have the ability to configure tables and plots in the platform directly from the user interface with no coding needed.

6) An all-new web interface to support end-to-end PK study needs

All of this comes together in an all-new web interface that will allow you to perform end-to-end analysis for all of your PK study needs.

Why this matters

These updates are part of a broader commitment: continuing to evolve Aplos NCA into a platform that’s easier to use, easier to scale across teams, and better aligned with real PK workflows. As we’ve said before, we’re here to remove friction—so scientists can focus on the parts of the work that really matter.

If you’d like to learn more about what’s coming in March, we’ll be sharing additional details as the release gets closer.
