Account creation process
  1. Following submission of the order form you will receive an invoice and contract for your subscription. Full payment of the annual subscription is required within 15 days.
  2. We will review your custom subdomain and contact you if that option is not available. Your custom URL for the web interface and API calls will be: 
    api.[SUBDOMAIN].aplos-nca.com
  3. Within approximately 2 business days you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your account. You will be an administrator and can create additional user accounts and assign them as administrators, if desired. Your 12-month subscription begins when we send this email. 
  4. You will have access and be able to execute analyses as soon as your account is created. The ability to download results will be disabled until payment has been received by Aplos Analytics, Inc. When payment is received you will receive notification that downloads have been enabled on your account.

 

Subscription details

  • This is a 12-month subscription to the Team Plan for Aplos NCA API.
  • All subscriptions are billed annually and include 800 analyses in the 12-month subscription period.
  • If an account exceeds the included number of analyses additional ones are charged on a per analysis basis. 
  • Only successful, completed analyses by all users in your account are counted toward your total analyses. Failed analyses are not counted.
  • Terms of use are included in the User Agreement.
