Analyze single dose and steady state data together

Users can now analyze single dose and steady-state data in a single analysis by using a data column to define the dosing frequency. The selected column should contain “single” if the data is associated with a single dose, or “steady-state” if the data is associated with a steady-state dose. Aplos NCA will read the first record for each unique profile and then use that information to calculate either single dose or steady-state parameters.

 

Analyze Data from multiple routes of administration in a single analysis

Users can now analyze data from different routes of administration in a single analysis by using a data column to define the type of dose. The selected column should contain “ev” if the dose is extravascular, “iv-bolus” if the dose is an IV bolus, and “iv-infusion” if the dose is an IV infusion.

Calculate Partial AUCs

Users can now define partial AUC values for calculation during analysis. Users can specify the start and stop time for each partial AUC to be calculated. Users also specify the parameter name and parameter code  to be included in the output files. Users can specify as many partial AUC values as needed.

 

Analyse 30,000 PK profile

An overview of how Aplos Analytics can calculate PK parameters and generate individual plots in linear, semi-log, and semi-log with terminal slope formats analysis. Throughput was 2,000 profiles per minute or 33 profiles per second Scaling up to accommodate more profiles is feasible.
