Wrapping Up the Year: Aplos Analytics Holiday Recap

Celebrate the holiday season with Aplos Analytics as we look back on a year of growth, new partnerships, and major enhancements to Aplos NCA

As the year draws to a close and the holiday season settles in, we’re taking a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the community that continues to shape Aplos Analytics. Whether you joined us recently or have been with us from the beginning, your support has played a meaningful role in our progress. This year has been full of growth, collaboration, and product advancements, so here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made 2025 special.

Strengthening Partnerships
One of the most exciting milestones this year was announcing our partnership with Metrum Research Group. This collaboration brings together shared values in model-informed drug development and opens new pathways for innovation within the clinical pharmacology community.
We also continued expanding our work with different companies, deepening the connection between analytical science and technology to support real-world drug development environments.

Major Enhancements to Aplos NCA
Our development team delivered some of the most impactful updates since the platform’s launch. Aplos NCA gained new tools designed to give users more control, more automation, and more scientific flexibility.
Custom outputs, tables, figures, and summaries, made it possible to shape results to fit individual reporting needs, while improved data-cleaning features helped ensure accuracy with less effort.
We also removed all analysis limits, allowing users to run analyses freely without constraint, and introduced full support for UTF-8 CSV files to keep pace with Excel’s evolving standards.

New Scientific Features
Aplos NCA expanded its capabilities with three new methods for determining the terminal rate constant, giving users more choice and better alignment with common industry practices.
We added options for custom post-analysis calculations, enabling automated computation of additional parameters such as metabolite ratios and accumulation ratios.
And in one of our biggest steps toward customizable reporting, beta features now allow users to generate tailored tables, plots, and Word-based reports, laying the groundwork for deeper automation and personalization across workflows.

A Better, Smoother Experience
We also made thoughtful improvements to the interface itself. A refined color palette, smoother performance, and better visibility across light and dark modes created a more comfortable environment for daily work.

Looking Ahead to the New Year
A year of progress is something to celebrate, but the most exciting part is what comes next. We’re already building the next set of features, enhancements, and collaborations for 2026, and we can’t wait to share them.

If you’re looking to start the new year with faster, clearer, more efficient workflows, now is the perfect time to explore Aplos NCA. We offer a free trial for new users, an easy way to experience the platform firsthand and see how much smoother your analyses can be.

From all of us at Aplos Analytics, thank you for being part of our journey. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a bright, successful New Year.
